Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced and equally dynamic Member Relationship Specialist I (MRS I) for our Flower Street Branch. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for building and fostering profitable financial relationships with credit union members and potential members, alike.

The MRS I will also provide outstanding service while promoting and recommending appropriate credit union products and services to meet specific financial needs of each individual member through effective solution based sales efforts. Member Relationship Specialist I will further gather and analyze member data at the time of each interaction to offer customized solutions, by using in-depth knowledge of USCCU products, services and technologies.

Additionally, the MRS I will maintain a primary focus on improving the overall financial well-being of our member-owners while consistently meeting or exceeding minimum performance and service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum with two years previous experience in sales, retail or financial institutions with a proven track record of meeting production/sales goals. Prior Credit Union, Banking, and/ or Financial Services Industry experience preferred.

Real Estate Funder (UPC Campus)

Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced and equally dynamic Real Estate Loan Funder for our Real Estate Department. This position reports directly to the VP Real Estate and is responsible preparing, reviewing and ordering loan documents on first and second trust deed loans in accordance to the terms of the loan request.

The ideal candidate will review regulatory forms, perform and complete a pre-funding quality control for each file, gather and assemble information and documentation to complete the closing file and ensure pre-documents and funding conditions meet investor guidelines.

Furthermore, the Real Estate Loan Funder will fund, ship, and board each loan, perform post-closing quality control and ensure final documents are received.

We are currently looking for an experienced and equally dynamic Credit Card Supervisor that will focus on Credit Card operations. This position reports directly to the Operations Support Specialist Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for all day to day operations for all plastic card programs and serve as liaison to all plastic card vendors.
  • Develop and analyze reports to resolve items and identify potential problems
  • Reconcile General ledger accounts and posts exceptions
