December is "National Write a Business Plan" Month

If you have a small business you’d like to grow, you need a solid business plan. It should:

  • Define your short-, mid- and long-term business goals
  • Increase understanding of your market and identify your niche based on current strengths and capabilities
  • Prioritize goals and set practical timelines for achieving them
  • Identify your core proficiencies, how to use them to enhance your product/service, and identify weaknesses and how to improve them
  • Determine funding sources, including current capital and existing/potential investors (if applicable) to identify borrowing needs

Funding is particularly important, and fortunately, you can turn to a trusted provider for help.

USC Credit Union SBA Loans
We offer SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) loans for property acquisition, construction, equipment, and more. We can pre-qualify SBA 7(a) loans in as little as 48 hours, with funding in less than 30 days.

Members we’ve already worked with are happy to share how our SBA loans helped them grow their businesses. Contact David Donovan to learn how we can help grow yours.
