Your accounts will remain safe, secure and accessible for the duration of the safe-at-home restrictions, and your deposits will continue to be insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, a federal insurance fund backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government, to at least $250,000 for regular deposits and an additional $250,000 for IRAs. I encourage you to visit MyCreditUnion.gov if you have any questions about your federal insurance.
We are committed to helping provide the support and solutions you may need as developments unfold. We encourage you to opt to bank at home first via our online and mobile banking channels. Know that we are here for you today and in the months ahead and will continue to do what we can to help meet your banking needs.
To ensure proper social distancing and operate in a manner that protects the health and safety of our entire USCCU family during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, we are implementing the following protocols:
Whenever possible, please opt to bank at home via our online and mobile banking channels. Essential in-person assistance is currently available at our Flower Street and Health Sciences Campus branches, with increased social distancing measures in place. Discover our 30,000 CO-OP shared ATMs and available shared branch locations that are available during COVID-19. Most of our ATMs are available and will be monitored frequently to ensure cash is available when you need it.
In addition to our CO-OP ATM network, USCCU members have access to all Citibank Branch ATMs. Click here to find the closest Citibank Branch to you.
Following health authority guidance, we have redeployed the majority of our team members to work from home, providing all the technology, tools, and training to serve you safely and securely. We want to recognize the truly outstanding work of our USCCU team, who remain 100% committed to providing you with extraordinary service during this challenging time.
With California’s Stay At Home Order, we are all working to limit the spread of the virus throughout our communities. Please remember that you can conduct most banking transactions from home, without the need for in-person contact or potential exposure. We encourage you to use our online, mobile and FAQ options instead of a branch visit. Via online banking you can manage your accounts, pay bills, transfer money, order & deposit checks, access account services, apply for loans, and more.
During this time of crisis, it’s vital to remain vigilant and protect your account information. We’re dedicated to help you avoid any scams and keep you information secure during this uncertain time. Here are some important tips to help you protect your information.
