Your accounts will remain safe, secure and accessible for the duration of the safe-at-home restrictions, and your deposits will continue to be insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, a federal insurance fund backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government, to at least $250,000 for regular deposits and an additional $250,000 for IRAs. Whenever possible, please opt to bank at home via our online and mobile banking channels. Essential in-person assistance is currently available at our Flower Street and Health Sciences Campus branches, with increased social distancing measures in place. Discover our 30,000 CO-OP shared ATMs and available shared branch locations that are available during COVID-19. Most of our ATMs are available and will be monitored frequently to ensure cash is available when you need it.
In addition to our CO-OP ATM network, USCCU members have access to all Citibank Branch ATMs. Click here to find the closest Citibank Branch to you.
Following health authority guidance, we have redeployed the majority of our team members to work from home, providing all the technology, tools, and training to serve you safely and securely. Please remember that you can conduct most banking transactions from home, without the need for in-person contact or potential exposure.
