PAL - Phone Line Assistance

USC Credit Union's Phone Assistance Line (PAL) lets you get account information and perform transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week via any touchtone phone.

Just call (213) 821-7100, option 3 and enter your account number and PIN to:

  • Hear account balances
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Request withdrawals by check
  • See which checks have cleared
  • Apply for auto, personal, line of credit and computer loans
  • Order new checks
  • Request faxed account summaries*

If you don't have a PAL PIN yet, you may enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number to make inquiries.

PAL is available in English and Spanish.

*Two free per month; $1 fee for subsequent fax in a calendar month.
