2026 Annual Meeting

USC Credit Union’s 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at our Flower Street headquarters.

The Annual Meeting and elections to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:30pm in our Flower Street location. Election to fill three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors for three-year terms and three (3) seats on the Supervisory Committee for a three-year term will be conducted.

A Nominating Committee has been convened for the purpose of selecting a slate of candidates with no nominations from the floor, however, nominations are available by petition. Petitions must be signed by at least 100 members qualified to vote and delivered to the USCCU Board Secretary at 3720 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90089, by August 30, 2026. A statement of qualifications should accompany the petition. If there is only one nomination for each position the election will not be conducted by ballot.
